You may not use XVPN for illegal activities, harassment, distributing malware, or any activity that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for unused plans. Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages or performance variations.

Limitation of Liability

XVPN is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
